Hello. I am Michael, the founder of Aquila CRM.

I often get asked why I chose Aquila as a name for my practice – so let’s get that out of the way. In the same way a constellation connects a group of stars together, marketing combines a range of activities together for optimal results. As a professional consultancy, there is often the task of joining the dots with these activities to identify what works best and why for a client.

Established in 2014, Aquila CRM is a marketing oriented digital, data and insight consultancy.

Using sound data strategies, insight and marketing technology, it helps UK SME’s improve their sales lead generation, customer retention and effectiveness of CRM programmes with a strong focus on return on marketing investment.
We believe that good marketing technology is a great enabler but it is also about getting the data right, maximising value from it and enriching the customer experience.
